We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions below:

Eligibility for Return

  • Items must be requested for return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
  • Dresses, coord sets, and jumpsuits must be returned with original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to use, washing, or alteration.
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective).

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchange

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Only size exchanges are allowed for eligible items.

Damaged or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof images.
